Modest! Golf Management are delighted to announce that European Tour star Christiaan Bezuidenhout has signed a long-term contract extension with the company.

The South African talent joined the Modest! ranks in 2018 and wasted little time in capturing his maiden Tour title a year later at the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucia Masters.

Since then, Bezuidenhout has gone from strength to strength with his recent win at the Dimension Data Pro-Am, where he eagled the 72nd hole to claim victory, propelling him inside the world’s top-50 for the first time in his career.

“I’m delighted to commit my long-term future to Modest! Golf,” said Bezuidenhout.

“Everyone at the team has been so supportive of me since I arrived. They are a vital part of my team and so influential in everything I achieve.

“I feel like our journey together is only getting started and I’m really excited for what the future holds.”

That future looks a bright one for the former Sunshine Tour Rookie of the Year who tees up this week amongst the best players in the world at the WGC-Mexico Championship at Chapultec Golf Club.

Reward for winning back on home soil in Fancourt on Sunday means further doors have been left ajar, most notably to April’s Masters tournament should he remain inside the world’s top-50.

No wonder then that company owner, Niall Horan welcomed the 25-year old’s decision to prolong his stay at Modest! Golf.

“Christiaan epitomises the reasons why we went about setting up Modest! Golf,” said Horan.

“He’s young, talented and such a great all-round guy and he deserves every bit of success that’s coming his way.

“We’re delighted to play a small part in that journey and honoured that Christiaan has expressed his confidence in us to continue on that road with him.”

News of Bezuidenhout’s contract comes fresh off a further boost for the Modest! Golf stable after two-time European Tour winner and the company’s first ever signing, Italian Guido Migliozzi also committed his long-term future to the boutique management company.
