Kinetica Sports Nutrition, one of Ireland’s leading sports nutrition brands, has today proudly announced a sponsorship agreement with Scottish International golfer Ewen Ferguson.

The partnership will enhance Kinetica’s visibility on an international stage as well as continuing to build on its devoted following amongst professional athletes and international sports teams.

A prolific amateur, Ferguson became the first Scot to win the Boys Amateur Championship in almost a decade when he claimed the title at Royal Birkdale in 2013. In 2014, he became the first player to hold that crown as well as the Scottish Boys and Scottish Boys Stroke Play titles at the same time. He was also in the Great Britain & Ireland team at the 2015 Walker Cup at Royal Lytham.

Playing as an amateur on the Challenge Tour in 2016, made the cut at both the Turkish Airlines Challenge and the Montecchia Open by Lyoness before turning professional and making his European Tour debut later that season in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, where he also made the cut. Ewen will spend his 2020 season on both the European and Challenge Tour season.

Kinetica are delighted to partner with Ewen going into the 2020 season, a golfer with a proven track record on an international stage that bodes well for a very exciting future. The aim of this partnership is to allow Ewen to fulfil his potential and feel his best year-round, especially in the build-up to and during competition.

“It’s a really exciting time for me in my career so I’m thrilled to have Kinetica as a partner going forward” says Ewen. “Kinetica recognise the importance of nutrition and diet, and they’re uncompromising with the quality of their products. As it’s something that I’m starting to put a big emphasis on, using their products so far has really helped me in implementing my strength and conditioning programme, as well as feeling better on a day-to-day basis.”
