Jacob Oakley

Player Development Manager

Jacob is a professional golfer with seven years’ experience competing across multiple tours worldwide. After playing full-time amateur golf for three seasons, he turned professional in 2018 and went on to win several professional events while competing on the DP World Tour, Challenge Tour and Sunshine Tour. During the 2024/2025 season he played full-time in South Africa on the Sunshine Tour, gaining extensive international competitive experience.

Following his playing career, Jacob now leads the Player Development division under Jack Barber. In this role he supports the agency’s NIL programme while also working closely with our European clients, providing on-the-ground guidance and performance support as they compete globally.
