Modest! Golf client Jayden Schaper has today announced that he will be working to raise funds for Apricot Tree, a South African based charity dedicated to the development of children with learning disabilities for the past 10 years.

Apricot Tree is particularly close to both Jayden and his family as Jayden’s cousin Tristin Dall is autistic and has attended the school for many years. "I am extremely close to my cousin Tristin," said Jayden. "He is a keen golfer and my biggest fan, always there to support me. Tristin is also an inspiration to me and demonstrates courage, determination and focus every day of his life, skills I try to replicate as a professional athlete.

"The Covid-19 crisis has seriously impacted charities such as Apricot Tree who need funding to continue all the great work that they do. I hope I can help make a small difference to help them get through this particularly difficult time."

Jayden alongside Modest! Golf Management will be working to raise funds via the ‘Strong Together’ campaign. Strong Together is a symbol of unity and solidarity encouraged by Monaco’s sovereign, Prince Albert II, who contracted and recovered from coronavirus in March this year. HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco has brought this initiative to South Africa through The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation to bring hope and aid to those impacted by this pandemic.
